Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Full Weave And Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. Please review our returns and exchanges guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, or pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at help@FullWeaveAndFashion.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if damaged or defective

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

  4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable service (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email

  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If the item you want is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit

  • We will ship exchange items after we receive your returned product

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item:

  • Please email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a brief description

  • We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—no return shipping needed in most cases

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take time to process

  • If you've done all this and still have no refund, contact us at help@FullWeaveAndFashion.com
